By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with Home Comfort Care Warranty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the United States.
All service engagements are governed by a written Service Agreement signed by both parties. The scope, timeline, pricing, and warranty terms outlined in that agreement take precedence over any general website content. Changes to scope must be documented through a formal Change Order process.
All pricing is provided in USD. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding balances.
Home Comfort Care Warranty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All workmanship is covered by a minimum 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Cook County, Illinois.
Home Comfort Care Warranty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
